Shipping is easy over here at the Sweater fulfillment center. We do our very best to get your items in your hands as soon as possible. Your order will typically ship 1 to 3 days after purchase from our Utah based fulfillment center (with exception to holiday shopping weekends). Typical Shipping Issues:
- Customers enter the wrong address: This is a bummer for everyone so please check. If the wrong address is entered during checkout your order is likely to get returned to us and we cannot be responsible for the reshipment charges. Reach out asap if you entered the wrong address and we'll try to catch it before our team processes your order.
- Your package doesn't arrive in the time specified on the website: USPS is our primary shipping carrier. They do not guarantee their shipping dates which means it's hard for us to promise an exact delivery date. However, we print and ship orders in-house every Monday-Friday and typically get packages out of our warehouse in under 24 hours.
Free & Easy Returns
Here at Sweater, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Yep, two whole months. We want you to love your Sweater gear and if you don't, simply return it to us within 60 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
And better yet, your returns are always FREE. Yep, that's right, 60 days to make sure you love your new gear plus free and easy returns if you don't.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
